For decades, Café Brown Sugar has been one of Delhi’s favorite hangout spots, known for its lively atmosphere and indulgent snacking experience. Established in 2001, the café has grown from its flagship location in the heart of Delhi to 15+ stores across the city, all while retaining its original logo—a nod to its rich history.
The brand’s chaotic neutral aesthetic embraces bold, textured display fonts set against dark, moody imagery, creating a striking visual identity. Our work extended beyond just marketing collateral—we designed packaging, styling, and menus, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the brand’s essence.
Rather than confining the identity to a fixed set of fonts, we sought to capture the brand’s dynamic spirit—one that evolves yet remains unmistakably Brown Sugar. With a menu inspired by global cuisines, the visual language mirrors this playful, vibrant, and adventurous energy, embodying the free-spirited nature of both the brand and its founders.
